For my birthday, we drove to nearby Reifsnider State Forest for a walk. The trail was very pleasant, if not well marked or mapped--which just added to the fun. We were lost when I took this picture, but not too concerned about it. It was a gorgeous day for a walk in a dry creek bed, up to the top of a bluff and back down to the creek.
These are the pinkest wild geraniums I've seen this spring.
